Whether you’re looking for a full fledged design or just in need of the basics, Caroline Harrison Designs is more than willing to lend a hand with any of your design needs.

Full Design

 

Technical planning involves the development of your space as a functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment.

 

An initial design consult:
  • Discuss project details
  • Style preferences
  • Timelines
  • Budget
  • Contract documentation review
  • Added details/questions regarding scope of project
In this package you will also receive:
  • A task list and timetable
  • Site measure
  • Trades meetings
  • Initial floor-plans and working drawings
  • Overall design schematics
  • Styling of project and installation
  • Full project management/overseeing of all work being scheduled and completed throughout project

Design Refresh

 

($500 + HST)

If you’re looking for a plan of attack to recreate your space or are overwhelmed with design decisions we can help with this one time 2 hour consult.The objective of this is to go over any general design inquiries and questions you may have. This includes:

 

  • A one time site visit (within 1/2 hour drive from Barrie)
  • Furniture Placement
  • Lighting
  • Decor and finishes
  • Paint colour
  • Window Treatment options

Please note this does not include a follow up appointment whether be through phone, email, or in person. Detailed drawings including CAD drawings will not be delivered in this consult or project management. If you are looking for the next step up in the design process, we’d be happy to discuss your options!
