Full Design

Technical planning involves the development of your space as a functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment.

An initial design consult:

Discuss project details
Style preferences
Timelines
Budget
Contract documentation review
Added details/questions regarding scope of project

In this package you will also receive:

A task list and timetable
Site measure
Trades meetings
Initial floor-plans and working drawings
Overall design schematics
Styling of project and installation
Full project management/overseeing of all work being scheduled and completed throughout project

Design Refresh

($500 + HST)

If you’re looking for a plan of attack to recreate your space or are overwhelmed with design decisions we can help with this one time 2 hour consult.The objective of this is to go over any general design inquiries and questions you may have. This includes:

A one time site visit (within 1/2 hour drive from Barrie)
Furniture Placement
Lighting
Decor and finishes
Paint colour
Window Treatment options

Please note this does not include a follow up appointment whether be through phone, email, or in person. Detailed drawings including CAD drawings will not be delivered in this consult or project management.
